Meet Anna and Ann-Marie, the dynamic duo behind our agency. Together, they possess a wealth of experience spanning nearly half a century in the digital, marketing, strategy, and business realms.

They have a diverse background, having worked across a variety of sectors, which makes them the ideal choice for injecting fresh, new ideas into your marketing.

Our agency is a little different from most, as both Anna and Ann-Marie have experience in business analysis and mentoring. This gives us the ability to bring together the business and marketing, producing strategies the whole organisation can understand and buy in to.

Anna Bravington

Co-Founder & Strategist 

Anna has 24 years of experience across the digital, marketing and content mix. She was named one of the Natwest Telegraph 100 Female Entrepreneurs To Watch in 2022.

Anna has worked in over 20 sectors with over 60 brands (B2B and B2C) from start-ups to global businesses. This cross-sector knowledge is perfect for bringing new ideas to businesses – creating strategies that help you stand out from the competition.

She has worked on crazy campaigns in partnership with brands like Microsoft and PlayStation whilst heading up digital marketing at GAME. But she also loves nothing more than getting stuck into an insightful B2B strategy too.

Anna has worked as a business mentor, which means she’s able to speak to the C-Suite in a language they’ll understand whilst taking them on the marketing journey.

Anna’s strategy is always audience-led, and she loves to really understand what channels and content the audience needs and enjoys.

Ann-Marie Reacord

Co-Founder & Strategist

Ann-Marie has 26 years of experience in digital, starting out as a developer and moving into client management and digital strategy.

She has worked with large organisations across multiple sectors from government, charity, tech, membership organisations and retail such as the Department for Education, National Crime Agency, City & Guilds, the RNLI, Royal College of Physicians and Kingfisher Group.

Ann-Marie has a degree in English and is happiest when combining a love of writing with a love of tech.

She is also qualified in business analysis, so she can delve deep into what a business needs to meet its goals. Ann-Marie can then connect the dots between the business and marketing analysis to really hone in on what everyone needs to meet their goals.

Her passion is finding out what makes organisations and users tick – uncovering the real pain points and coming up with solutions to make life easier for everyone.
